and/or computing experience.

| Qualifications |
- BS degree or pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering (with minor in Computer Science), or Math (with minor in Computer Science).
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate requirements into development components.

| Experience |
- Database design/modeling experience with relational databases. (SQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL)
- Windows application development (95,98, and NT)
- UNIX application development (SUN, SGI, and LINUX)
- Webmaster Skills: C, UNIX Shell, Perl, CGI, Java Applets, Java Servlets, Java Script, HTML, XML, Servers, ODBC, Perl-DBI, and UNIX Backend Programming.
- Experience in the development of software using structured software design techniques.
- Experience with C, C++ or Visual Basic programming languages
- Experience with one of the following operating systems: VAX/VMS, Windows (3.11,95,NT), UNIX
- Experience with assembly language programming
- Real-time embedded systems
- Systems design and analysis, and software development
